While no one can doubt that the Betsy Ross American Flag is beautify flag full of mystery and lore, there is one thing that scalars can’t agree on, did Betsy Ross really design the original flag we know as the Betsy Ross American Flag?

Conformant to the Flag Act of 1777 the Betsy Ross flag is an earlier reconstructed design for the flag of the United States, specified 13 alternating red and white horizontal stripes and 13 white stars in a blue canton. While Betsy Ross was an upholster, history is not clear if she designed the original flag, or if it was just patched together from other earlier designed flags. Regardless of the truth, no one can deny the beauty and the patriotism that this flag portrays. To many of us, Betsy Ross, is the original designer of this gorgeous flag.
